Evie in Scotland, Part 3 (5/19)

Day 14: Ft. William to Isle of Skye
We got up the next morning, and shortly thereafter, I fell asleep for my morning nap. This meant that Mom had to hang back with me while Papa went for a hike in Glen Nevis, the area surrounding Ft. William and Ben Nevis (the highest peak in the U.K.). The path took him through some beautiful scenery that was used in the filming of Braveheart and Rob Roy. After Papa's hike, we headed west and onto the ferry to the Isle of Skye. We made our way up the island to the town of Portree, where we got settled and went out for a wonderful seafood dinner of scallops, chowder, oysters, and mussels. Yum, yum!

In a selfish effort to provide themselves with more personal space, Mom and Papa thought the bathroom floor would be an appropriate place for a baby. Can someone call CPS, please?
