Day 11: Edinburgh
After a quiet and uneventful flight from Dublin, we took a double-decker bus from the Edinburgh airport to our beautiful apartment in the city. It was perfect - and even came with a box full of toys for me! Papa then went out and picked up nappies, a bottle of wine, and some nice cheeses so he and Mom could celebrate their 3rd wedding anniversary (the nappies were for me, of course). Later that afternoon we went for a walk to the base of Edinburgh Castle and then had dinner at a cozy restaurant down the street from our apartment.

Day 12: Edinburgh
It was raining the next morning, which was actually a bit of a treat for us. Despite the weather, we forked out the cash and visited Edinburgh Castle. At the end of our tour, I fell asleep in the Ergo carrier, so Mom took me home and Papa stayed out to run some errands. He brought back Indian food for lunch, which was superb! It was certainly exciting to taste Chicken Tikka Masala in its country of origin. After lunch and my nap, we set out again to walk around Edinburgh. And I discovered puddles!
